Bio

Nataliya Wachs is a local real estate expert that finds the perfect house for each
client. She treats her clients as if they are a top priority. She truly understands that
buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will make.
Her passion is to help people find the house of their dreams. She is committed to
helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise in your local
market through her excellent communication skills and warm and friendly
approach to clients. She will strategically guide you through the complicated
process of the ever-changing real estate and mortgage markets leading to effortless
transactions and happy homeowners.

Nataliya currently resides in Lindenhurst with her husband, Michael and their 2
children, Angelina & Emily.  In her spare time, she loves cooking, traveling and
spending time with her family. In addition, Nataliya is a local volunteer for local
organizations and participates in various community events.
She also fluent in several languages: Ukrainian, and Russian. Nataliya is originally
from Ukraine and Long Island has been her home for decades. She received a
master’s degree in accounting and worked as a state tax inspector back in her home
country. Nataliya has experience in sales and building businesses which helped her
to build strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
